Recreation Director
Hawk's Cay Resort in the Florida Keys is looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic, organized, team leader to fill its Recreation Director position. The successful applicant should have at least two years management experience in resort recreation and be a US citizen (or green card holder). The Recreation Director is responsible for all aspects of the recreation department including hiring, training, budgeting, scheduling, planning activities and programs, and managing a staff of eighteen people.
